Great place to stay with outdoor jacuzzi! Location was perfect next to shops, restaurants, easy to get to all major attractions. Room was quiet and comfortable with lots is space! Katherine was so helpful with my stay. You can use WhatsApp to easily communicate with host.

My wife and I stayed here on one leg of our honeymoon and it was absolutely incredible. The room was thoughtfully designed and modern with a very comfortable bed. The property manager, Katherina, was friendly and communicative throughout our stay, giving us many fantastic suggestions for our itinerary and setting us up with a phenomenal private tour of the Alhambra. Everything about this stay was above and beyond. We will happily stay here again if we find ourselves back in the wonderful city of Granada!

Beautiful apartment with everything you need
Wonderful, charming apartment in the middle of the city. Clean, stylish and comfy. They contacted us beforehand to help with directions and parking which was very helpful. Also after arriving we were offered help with restaurants, tour or event booking. It felt like having a private concierge. We would absolutely reccomend staying there!

Fantastic city, great location. Nice manager, access to a washing machine. Weird that the toilet is essentially in the bedroom with no door, thus no privacy. Odd even if alone. If not, super awkward.

Absolutely loved our stay! The room was gorgeous, and the entire property is perfectly located in the city center. The small pool/hot tub on our balcony was perfect for relaxing at the end of a long day exploring Alhambra. A wonderfully comfortable, BEAUTIFUL accommodation for visiting the many sites Granada has to offer. The parking was a bit challenging for us (we aren’t used to driving in the lovely, but very narrow labyrinthine streets) but the hotel manager went above and beyond and helped us to the parking garage.Truly exceptional service and communication! For those not used to this type of driving, parking outside city center is ample and you can take one of the many convenient taxis to the location. Would absolutely recommend staying at this luxurious and charming hotel when visiting Granada!

Just an exceptional and delightful stay at the Palatino to end our Spain trip. My family and I couldn’t have been more happier with the suite. From the comfort, aesthetic, and attention to detail of every inch of the suite, you fall in love right away. Its also located in a perfect area thats walking distance to almost anything you would find interesting in Granada. Javier was also the best host anyone could ask for. He was incredibly welcoming and gave us great food recommendations. It was truly a joy, I highly recommend. I know where I’ll be staying when I'm back to visit Granada.

Well-sited property on a quiet corner and steps away from shopping and restaurants. Catherine is an excellent concierge who booked our taxis and provided great advice. Unit was very clean with all the amenities for a comfortable stay (stocked kitchen, towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We suggest installing a full-length mirror. Regardless we highly recommend!

We loved the apartment; It was beautifully renovated and the location was very convenient . The manager met us when we arrived and helped us park our car in the property underground parking. Our apartment was a corner unit and 2 of the 4 windows were facing a building that was being renovated. Luckily it was the week end so they were not working and there wasn’t any noise.
