Great stay!
Overall a great stay in Florence. Close enough to the train station so walking there is a breeze (mind the narrow sidewalks for roller bags). Convenient to many other attractions if you don’t mind walking more than you’re used to at home. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast buffet was delicious as well with a great self service cappuccino machine. My only complaint is that the air didn’t seem to get very cool or stay on at night, so it got a tad stuffy/hot while sleeping l. Other than that, a very clean, modern hotel that I’d not hesitate to book again.

The room was nice and staff was pleasant. Breakfast was good. There were little flies in room and ants crawling on the hotel bar. The AC wasn’t working until we called down to the desk and they adjusted something from their computer and it all the sudden started working. The shower wouldn’t drain.

We absolutely loved this little boutique hotel. Great location and the staff were amazing. Roberto at reception was incredibly helpful and cheerful even with our very late arrival. A wonderful breakfast was included, again hosted by the most friendly staff.
