The staff was rude and wouldnt give a refund after seeing the room. There was spiders everywhere, the place was filthy. I do not recommend. My kids were crying and what to leave. The front desk staff came to room after i called and asked for a refund and was rude and obviously didnt give me a refund.

Do not stay here. The pictures show seemingly clean fresh rooms, that is not what you get. After entering my dingy stinky room, my girlfriend and I found an endless list of issues. The room was clearly not cleaned and prepped for us. There were dirty sheets and surfaces, past guest leftovers in the fridge, a clogged sink with dirty water in it, I think I killed about 8 spiders that had obviously been there a while (webs and all) and more. We even found a few dead bugs under the fitted sheets. We decided we were not going to sleep in the room and had to buy another room at a different hotel. When I tried to state the issues and receive a refund, the owner was unwilling to work with me and had poor excuses. I am now having to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

My fault i I didn't read prior reviews before booking. Overall building inside and out was run down. No paper towels, kleenex, or cups in room. Towels and washcloths were worn out. Bathtub and shower curtain were filthy. Bed was uncomfortable. Numbers on air conditioning were not legible. Never again.
