Best Western Plus Olathe Hotel

We had missed our exit, however your desk lady was so helpful in directing us to the right place-we really appreciated her kindness. We enjoyed our stay & found our room in excellent condition.

The receptionist was very nice and helpful

I think I left my shaving kit in room night before last just realized that but not got a call from them I guess I’ll have to call and check

Did not like. Dispenser shampoo and body wash and conditioner. Bananas in grab bag we’re not ripe could not eat. Kids in hot tub when we wanted to use it. Bottom bed sheet would not stay on bed. Elastic was worn out.

I liked that the pool was open and all of the staff that i incountered were very nice and helpful

Overall the place was good. The only distractor on the visit was the breakfast to go bags were to be out for us to pick up "and go" at 5 AM, at least that is what I was told. we left around 5:30 and still nothing was out.

Room was musty and smelled bad, beds were not comfortable. Breakfast was a bag with water, an orange, granola bar and small muffin. No cereal or anything for my kids to eat.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good considering the pandemic. You could tell the hotel was older but renovated. The bathroom sink drained slowly in room 321. We were glad the pool was open.

The hotel was very nice and overall very comfortable. The room is nice and spacious. The front desk attendant during day was very nice and helpful and helped me out when I needed to add another day to my stay

We stayed for 4 nights and all of the staff were very accommodating and helpful. Room was large, amenities were great and the beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend.
