Best stay I had in a very long time in egypt, at the reception they gave us a free upgrade and the rooms were so spacious and clean. The animation staff were soo friendly and fun especially ahmed and romany who really made our stay 100 times better and by far the best animation team members me and my friends have met. The food was good and there was decent variety although i wouldn't recommend any poultry. The shows and parties were so livid and fun and overall the stay was more than amazing. i would recommend this hotel to any group of friends who want to have a very fun and luxurious stay

The resort is clean and relatively new, with excellent facilities. However, the service leaves much to be desired. Majority of staff at the reception, restaurants, and pools appeared undertrained and inattentive for a 5 star hotel. Their lack of professionalism was disappointing. Additionally, having only one golf cart available to cover the entire resort made transportation from the rooms to the dining area especially in the sun — approximately 600 meters each way — quite inconvenient. Lastly, there is no place to sit other than bars that server alcohol which doesn't cater to a diverse clientele

Best Vacation Ever – With One Exception I had an amazing vacation overall! The location was perfect, with the beach and swimming pool both being excellent. Food and beverages were easily accessible and very satisfying. The duration of the trip was just right for relaxation and enjoyment. However, the one downside was the reception. Most of the staff there were unprofessional and not helpful, which was disappointing. The big exception was Mr. Kirllos — he truly stood out with his kindness and professionalism. He was incredibly helpful and made a real difference in our experience. Thanks to him, our stay was much better than it could have been. I hope the hotel takes steps to improve the rest of the reception team.

Our stay at your hotel was extremely disappointing and harmful. On our first day, we purchased sunscreen from the hotel’s bazaar. The seller claimed it was high-quality and made in England. It was completely fake. We are a family of six, and all of us got severely sunburned after using it for just one day. When we returned to the bazaar to complain, the seller laughed at us and gave us an aloe vera gel, which was also fake and made our skin even worse. A doctor later confirmed that both products had harmful chemicals that caused chemical burns, and we were all prescribed cortisone for treatment. We reported the incident to the reception, but the staff was completely unhelpful and uninterested. When we visited the bazaar again with the General Manager, the seller suddenly brought out an original product, clearly proving he knew he was selling fake ones. The GM promised to contact us the next day with a solution, but no one followed up. The bazaar is still selling these fake and dangerous products, and no one at the hotel seems to care. This is unacceptable behavior from a hotel that claims to be 5 stars. Our vacation was completely ruined, our health was affected, and we received zero support. We demand an apology, compensation, and immediate action against this vendor. Otherwise, we will be forced to escalate the matter and make our experience public.

Il resort ha superato di gran lunga le mie aspettative, tutto perfetto. Farac che guida la golf car è di una gentilezza disarmante, tutto il personale sempre con il sorriso. Il buffet è sempre molto vario, ti dà la possibilità di mangiare cose diverse. Gli animatori sia di Valtur che del villaggio sempre molto carini, ti invogliano a fare le tantissime attività che si svolgono durante la giornata, mai invadenti, che dire veramente un villaggio perfetto! Soggiorno con mio marito 14 giorni in questo nuovissimo resort, esteticamente davvero bellissimo nulla da dire, spazi enormi, ristoranti e piscine, lo staff davvero super accogliente, pulizia tutti i giorni ovunque, proprio perché nuovo suggerirei qualche piccolo consiglio come maggiori router wi-fi siccome non prende bene ovunque e più navette che passano e ti portano per il villaggio essendo che fa molto caldo e spesso aspetti diversi minuti per prenderle. Per essere in Egitto anche i ristoranti interni non sono male, acqua e cibo non mancano mai a qualsiasi ora del giorno, sicuramente ci ritorneremo perché ci siamo trovati davvero bene!
