Fantastic
Fantastic little hotel ideally placed for a trip to Berlin. Travelled solo from Scotland and couldn’t fault the place. Staff were helpful and friendly upon check in and the room was great. Such a lovely neighbourhood too and really easy to get the U-Bahn or just a short walk to Potsdamer Platz. Highly recommend staying here.

Very friendly welcome from staff! AC and a nice big room with a view. Cool art throughout the hotel and in the room. Complimentary water bottle in my room. Convenient 24/7 vending machine with coffee, beer, wine and snacks. Great location near the park, very close to walk to Checkpoint Charlie, museums and many other historic sites. Highly recommend!

Our disappointment was that we had booked a room with double bed and sofa bed and they gave us a double room. One bed. Not convenient for a mother and son. They did divide the beds but I guess the room was smaller than the one we had booked and may have cost less than we paid. However it was ok.

The hotel property itself is totally fine and clean. Why I do not recommend at all to go here is the reception. The personell at reception was incredibly rude, it helpful at all. I have been to 100+ hotels and this hotel clearly does not understand how good hospitality works. Do yourself a favour and book one of the other countless good hotels with friendly personel in Berlin

No house keeping until we asked. The bathroom had a sewage problem. Durinng the night I had to close the door to the bathroom, and the next morning we could not use it. After complaining, it was better for a day, but the smell slowly came back.

Like the interior design. Pigeon did a number two on me while chilling on my room balcony. Accommodations as expected for the price (mini fridge on request, no iron). Big TV which is nice after a busy day full of Berlin. Minor inconvenience: Roomdoor needed an extra push / pull to fully close. Chromecast broken. No restaurant coffee when you only need coffee without breakfast.

the location is great, the hotel staff was incompetent. They give you a refrigerator for your medications but (2 days in a row!) shut down the electricity when you are not in the room, resulting in...having to throw the medications. They clean the room every 2 days...when they do not forget (My son's room was not cleaned 4 days in a row, and the desk attendant did not know how to say the word "sorry"!). The hotel "sits" on the railroad and the trains passing make a terrible noise. When you want a room on the other side of the hotel, they tell you that "you purchased a "cheap" room through Expedia, while if you book through Wyndham, you get the best rooms... The Shower drain is in the middle of the bathroom, without glass enclosure, so that the floor of the whole bathroom is always wet...The hotel has 1 single TV channel (Blomberg) in English...the rest is only German, which essentially makes the TV useless if you do not speak the language. Well, this hotel sadly was well below my expectations for a hotel in the Wyndham Chain.
