Staff are friendly & helpful. The room was very nice & very clean. The bathroom was perfect, again clean & lovely soft towels , a great shower. Breakfast was very well laid out , with numerous options of food & drink. We will definitely stay here again.

For the price paid, this hotel provided excellent value. The room was spotless and the general communal areas very clean and well looked after. The area close to Baker Street is a good central location, with hotel being in safe area. The staff were very friendly and the buffet breakfast included in our price was decent. Lovely hotel, 2 nights stay and it does the jobs. Could walk to the office, parking 10 min by walk really secure. The top. Staff very friendly and helpful. Maybe update the pillows but the bed is really comfy and room 105 was so quiet. I had really good rest. Very convenient for the area
