Atendimento muito ruim, considerando q estávamos em 3 aptos (1 de luxo e 2 superiores) para comemorar meu aniversário, recebemos um quarto com muita sujeira na varanda e com a cortesia (frutas e doces) estragados e mofados. Apesar do pré check in, o hotel nos destinou um quarto que há muito não era habitado, estava extremante quente, a propósito. Na 5ª e 6ª feira as toalhas da piscina estavam sujas e manchadas, só melhorou no sábado, quando trocaram pelas toalhas brancas. Equipe fria e descortês, apenas as camareiras Maria e Rozilda foram gentis. O quarto onde havia mofo foi o 4022, as camareiras mencionadas nos atenderam no quarto 4070.

Talvez precise

Estadia de 3 dias para comemorar meu aniversário, 1 apartamento de luxo e 2 superiores, para a família. Quarto de luxo espetacular, mas a varanda estava imunda, havia teia de aranha nas espreguiçadeiras e na mesa lateral. Pedi para limpar. Mas havia mais: a mesa atrás da cama estava posta com 1 prato, guardanapo, tábua de sobremesa e cesta de frutas. O macarron meio derretido, estava petrificado ao toque, estranhei decoração de comida de plástico. O caju estava estava meio mole, odor meio envelhecido e, pasmem, havia mofo nele. Talvez os doces e as frutas estivessem daquele jeito por causa do calor que o quarto estava ao chegarmos: super quente (poente), embora eu tenha feito check in. Bom, estarei por aqui mais 2 dias. Veremos.

Muito bonito e limpo, atendimento excelente. Café da manhã muito movimentado, afinal o hotel é enorme. Grande variedade de itens no café da manhã, mas em geral com qualidade apenas ok. Estacionamento dentro da propriedade é pago à parte - na área externa, estacionamento pequeno e muito concorrido.
