Highly disappointed…A 3 star property at best.
This house was filthy & very poorly maintained. Grime on walls, dishes, floors and pool.
We paid extra to have pool heated and clean, but when we arrived, it was cold and had days of debris in it. There was food on the deck, around the fire pit and sitting area.
The palm tree lighting is hanging at toddler height that could easily become entangled around child’s neck.
Zero maintenance on the trees with dead tree palms hanging and falling to the deck.
Don’t bring your kids here!
No way to communicate to house management other than chatbot on AvantStay.
Finally when we checked out the management sent a review request, and would not respond once we expressed our deep dissatisfaction and details on the level of care specific to this property.
The Internet is so slow it couldn’t support streaming services or retrieving email.
This is a wonderful home but the property managers are vacant.
This is a highly overrated and overpriced property that is misrepresented.
