Carpet didnt look like it had been vaccumed, no extra blankets or towels, no laundry bags in the room, room barely looked clean.
The heating and air was not working, faucet dripped all night long, could hear the TV a next door all night. Given coupon for breakfast next morning, no one working. Never could find front desk help.
I don’t want to be too critical in hard times like this. My family and I had an awful experience, maybe this place is just going through a rough patch.
Very good location for our purposes. Plenty of restaurants abs things to do. Unfortunately the hotel could use some help. The front desk attendant needs some backup. That poor woman was working her butt off from 6 am til 11 pm. She was running the desk, breakfast, and everything else on her own. The pool is too small for the size of hotel. It got crowded easily. There were never any towels to use. The pool area was very dirty and needs attending to. Our room was nice and spacious and comfortable. Quiet at night and we slept well.
The hotel itself was nice and comfortable. The lobby was a cozy hangout spot for the large group we had. The biggest complaint we all had was NOT ENOUGH STAFF! The poor lady at the front desk was trying to check people in, wash towels, answer the phones, all of it. For that reason we had to wait at least 10 mins every time we went to the front desk for something. They also rarely answer the phone when you call, which can’t be good for business. Overall the hotel was clean, and comfortable but do not expect much in the way of service.
First of all, we checked in and had to wait on the room to be cleaned which is fine because we were early. Once it was ready we went up to our room and the door wouldn’t open. They had to call multiple people to come fix it and instead of them just putting us in a different room they made us wait over 30 minutes in the hall while they pried the door open with a crowbar. Then once we got into the room the maintenance guy told me we weren’t allowed to use the dead bolt on the door because it would “get stuck”. Odd but okay. My husband and I took our daughter outside to play in her electric Jeep and there was a vehicle circling the parking lot watching us so we decided to go back inside. When we got back up to the room my father in law was sitting in there and said someone was pounding on the door and tried to open it so he got up and answered the door and it was the maintenance guy and he acted surprised someone was in the room (like he saw us go outside and thought no one was in the room) and told him he had an order to clean the room. Funny he knew the room had already been cleaned and maintenance men don’t clean rooms? I fully believe he was trying to steal stuff out of our room while he thought it was empty. The bed looked clean and decent but the living area of the suite was so nasty. The couch had stains all over it and the walls had dirty marks all over them. We were so traumatized we decided to leave and not stay the night. Lost our money on the room. Don’t recommend.
They tell me that there wasn't house keeping until I say there for 5 days. So I kept on having dirty towels in my Room had to ask for clean towels. Which if your saying the hotel you should have to ask for some. The lady that worked past midnight, was rude, not warm welcoming. Had an Attitude when i asked for a towel. Hair body language gave a bad vibe like she didn't like your job why she didn't want be there she didn't want to help nobody
There was no "welcoming" upon entering the hotel. It was all matter-of-fact, what's your name and here's your room keys. Then upon opening the room door was a pleasant feeling. The room looked nice, was cool and the beds were appealing. However, the bathroom took all of the enthusiasm out of my sails. It was very mediocre. There was one set of towels (weird) and the towel bar was in the shower and it was not satisfactory. It was overtaken by water stains or soap scum. Not appealing. The toilet seat was so worn it looked dirty all the time and there was one bar of soap - we used for our hands and the shower - and one not quite full roll of tissue. We planned on just relaxing by the pool most of our trip but it was so muggy and the water was so cloudy (in an indoor pool nonetheless) that we didn't even think twice about skipping that portion of our trip. I was just super let down by the entire experience.

The lady at front desk was not very welcoming and she wasn’t wearing a mask. I didn’t get her name but she was a large black woman. The housekeeper I met in the hallway as I was leaving should have been working at the front desk she was very nice! Overall one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in!
