Tres bon hotel qui mériterait une note de 5/5 mais le personnel a clairement besoin de formation et de perfectionnement. J'ai attendu plus de 30mn avant davoor mes clés alors qu'il n'y avait que 44 personnes devant moi. Ils m'ont fait payé 2 fois. Le lendemain je n'ai pas pu avoir ma facture. Ça avait l'air trop compliqué

Hôtel récent, très propre, avec un personnel accueillant. Pas d'eau ou de bouilloire dans la chambre,mais j'ai vue, trop tard, qu'il y avait des bouteilles vide en verre et une fontaine à disposition à la réception. Chambre côté route très bruyante au horaires d'embauche.

Nous avons passer un excellent séjour ! L’hôtel est très agréable et très bien équipé. De plus, c’est un hôtel bien engagé écologiquement ! La literie est de qualité. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux. La carte du bar est variée et le barman est très bien ! Le personnel en général a été super. Je recommande. Nous reviendrons prochainement !!

Hôtel neuf et parfait pour un séjour dans l’Ain !
Excellent hôtel tout neuf, très bien décoré avec du personnel très sympathique et toujours disponible. L’hôtel dispose d’une piscine et se trouve à côté de deux restaurants « Au Bureau » et « Volfoni » qui proposent deux types de cuisine différentes. Idéal pour un séjour dans la région pour une ou plusieurs nuits. Je recommande sans hésiter !
