Good stay
It was a good stay. However there was no hot water in the shower. Also the rear parking lot entrance door rarely shut and lock which defeats the purpose of the need to use a key card to gain access to the building. Furthermore, there was a lingering odor of marijuana in the building amd parking lot.

The stay was terrible after one night we left! It states suites it is no where in the neighborhood of that. It’s extended stay which would be ok but!!!!! It shows frig cooktop etc there are no kitchen items! No coffee pot. NOTHING a lot of arguing in nearby rooms. Not a comfortable environment again we left. Our first room didn’t have sheets we had to be moved. Awful!

This by far was one of the worst hotels I have stayed at in a long time. The floors were dirty, the toilet did not work, the towel hanger was broken. The hotel had a kitchenette but did not have any plates, silverware, cookware, or cups. There was not even an ironing board.

I recently stayed at Wood Springs Suites for four nights, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a strong smell of weed in the lobby, which was unsettling. My first night on the third floor was particularly disruptive due to constant noise from slamming doors and shouting throughout the night. I was surprised to find that the office closes at 8 PM, leaving only an on-call person available for issues. I called to report the noise, but no action was taken. On the second night, I was moved to the fifth floor, which was quieter—until about 3 AM when the guest next door had a meltdown and started yelling profanities. I again contacted the on-call staff, but since this individual was a long-term resident, no resolution was offered. Eventually, the police were called, and it wasn't until around 4:30 AM that things settled down. The following nights were similarly chaotic, with more yelling and disturbances. On the fourth night, I was kept awake by someone knocking on a door and yelling for the guest to open it. As I was attending a tradeshow in High Point, NC, this lack of sleep severely impacted my experience. Additionally, despite being marketed as a hotel and suite, there were no dishes, coffee maker, iron, cups, or glasses in the room. As someone who travels frequently for work, I can confidently say this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. I cannot recommend Wood Springs Suites based on my stay

very short staffed; front desk only open 9am-8pm. There is a number you can call off-hours but I didn't get service when I called. The room was not inviting at all. It's ok if you just need a place to stay, but I won't stay there again.

Very inaccurate description
This is a pretty new facility but it will be run down soon as the staff is not very attentive and not available. Rooms come with a kitchen but no kitchen essentials to use. Got there at 4:30 and my room was not ready. Internet was spotting at best and it kept causing the TV to reset constantly. Description online is not accurate at all
