For the price of the room which was $163 plus tax, was disappointed there was not even water in the room. No continental breakfast. If there was it was not conveyed. Staff friendly. Room clean. Pride high for amount Pleasant. I own a property management company so I am very familiar with pricing and this is definitely a Dallas price however ever Dallas offers more options such as breakfast, water ect.

The only thing that bothered me was they let these little kids run around stoping and jumping off the bed on the the floor go all night. Even after talking to them so just beware of that. Other then that it was a great place to stop and enjoy while joking a wedding

I booked and paid for a one bedroom studio suite with queen size bed and pull out couch but the room did not have a pull out couch or separate sitting and sleeping area. When i asked the front desk she said only the king rooms have separate sleeping and sitting area with pull out couch.

PICTURES ARE DECEIVING

We booked hotel based on the pool in the pictures, when we got there, there was no pool. We came with a large group of young girls for a softball tournament with nowhere to hang out as a team and when we would try to hang out we were told to be quiet and given an 8pm curfew! If the pool would have been real and not a picture of the apartment complexes down the road we would have had somewhere to hang out. Also, we were told we had a queen size bed and it was only a full.

Don’t stay here!

Was not provided the room I paid for. Would not move me to an acceptable room until after 1 1/2 hours of back and forth with hotels.com. Customer service was a zero from Marsha. I have been traveling for a living for over 30 years and stay in a wide variety of hotels all over the country and world. This was by far the worst problem I can remember ever having at any hotel ever. It’s not Candlewoods ( the company ) fault. Just this location.

Front desk was very friendly and helpful upon check in last night . The tv in my room wasn’t working and she moved me quickly to a room next door . The bed was cozy and I slept well . The room is spacious and spotless . No breakfast at this hotel but plenty of options all around including McD and chick fila . Good stay
