The room was clean and had useful plug ins for iPhone charging etc …. Bed super comfy and a very decent en suite with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was delicious and great to have freshly made sourdough and vegetables from the garden. Staff that we met were delightful …. Really enjoyed meeting the other guests at the communal breakfast and sharing stories …. Highly recommend!

We absolutely would come back to stay here. Homemade breakfast was provided, and options were made available to my husband who is dairy free, which we never expect but always appreciate. It was nice to be able to sit in the enclosed deck outside in the evening with the screen keeping the bugs out. There is also a restaurant/brewery down the road called The Rumour Mill that had great pub food and beer on tap (plus local cheeses). Nice & close to Gros Morne.

My wife and I had an amazing time at Upper Humber Settlement! The BNB itself is clean and has everything you need and feels very homey! We enjoyed hanging out in the outdoor screened in seating area on the property to enjoy the nice weather outside while avoiding misquitos! We also did the Storytelling Dinner one evening and Lauralee did an amazing job telling a very captivating and heartwarming story that really brings you back in time to what living in Newfoundland and Cormack years ago! And Mark cooked up delicious food for the dinner and breakfasts every morning! Lauralee and Mark have a really special business and deserve all of the kudos for the experience they provide their guests!
