Gorgeous hotel in fantastic location. Staff friendly and helpful. Bed very comfortable, would have preferred an extra pillow, there was a pillow menu but not clear if there was an additional cost for that. Lovely bath but shower sprayed everywhere. Just a couple of niggles in an otherwise wonderful stay.

Excellent hotel! Check in was swift and they had read my message asking for a parking spot for my motorcycle. (Most hotels don’t …) got shown a parking space for my bike in their safe garage. I definitely recommend this hotel for others travelling by motorcycle. The hotel was also easy to drive to. The staff was very friendly and professional.

The Art Hotel was in a great location, has good restaurants near by and the facilities were what I expected with a 4* hotel. The staff were excellent and helped whenever asked. The breakfast in the morning was excellent qaulity and plentiful. Had a very nice stay in Wroclaw.

We loved our brief stay here! The staff was so helpful and kind. It has an underground parking lot which was very helpful. We left so early that we missed breakfast, and they were kind enough to make us sandwiches and other thoughtful items to take with us when we departed! Lovely hotel, a lovely area, lovely people.
