This was our second stay at this location and we had a great time. The property is clean, modern and has a resort feel. A great choice for a family, the multiple pools and lazy river were a hit for all myself and my kids. The location is also great, a short distance to plenty of food and attraction options. We often visit Pigeon Forge and decided to give this new hotel a try. Clean, family friendly, center of everything. Pool stays open until 11pm, which was amazing for the kids after a long day of fun. I honestly think they have sound proof rooms and sliding glass doors to the patio. The quietest hotel we have stayed at for such a busy area. Caribbean resort feel in the mountains. Perfect for the summer vibe.

Great hotel! Loved the location because it’s accessible via a less busy road. Parking was a breeze. Check-in was fast and efficient. The concierge was also helpful and pleasant. Rooms are amazingly spacious and clean. Didn’t use the pools but they looked fun. Buffet breakfast was very good and lots of seating was available. Will definitely stay here again!
