This was a beautiful stay so clean so comfort so homey . The fitness center was nice and clean . The pool the breakfast was amazing . We had a pond view it was so beautiful with the sunset and sunrise . The rooms clean and amazing I had actually dishes in the cabinets I didn’t need silverware or a cup plate nothing it was all there and paper towels . The place was beautiful and clean . Average Property right next to the NAC. John at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. The room was clean and a decent size. Bed was firm but comfortable. Overall showing some of its age but not as doom and gloom as some previous reviews suggest.

Pleasantly surprised by the King Studio suite; we had an East facing view with the sunrise. Staff was very helpful & the breakfast was pretty good, with multiple options, incl. cereal, yougurt, tortillas with meat, waffles, eggs, potatoes, etc. Breakfast/great room was a good place to gather or relax. Lots of shopping places within driving places. The doors/hallways could use fresh paint; there are a lot of scuff marks on the room doors. It appears the hotel also hosts permanent residents; we did see a school bus pick up a child. Out back, there is a pond, where we saw a kid fishing. Overall, a good stay.

Hi, I'm disappointed with hotels.com as they gave me a hard time with changing my reservation both before and during my stay. They wouldn't honor the rare I had booked with when I needed to make a chair prior to arrival. Also, I came down w COVID and wanted to cancel my last night bc I wanted to go home. They wouldn't refund my money. All around a frustrating experience w hotels.com. Homewood suites was fine
