For several times, hours at a time, there was nobody at the front desk. To their credit, there was a number to call if you needed help that someone on the phone could handle. However, when I needed change for the clothes washer, there was nobody there. Am I supposed to walk across two parking lots and a street to beg for quarters at the gas station in -5 degree weather?
If you can't find help, pay more. Perhaps you could take some of Elie Maalouf's salary of almost 5 million per year, and offer enough money to hire a decent staff.
