Horrendous
This was the single most horrendous travel experience I’ve ever had - and I travel a lot for my job! Firstly I was asked to pay for early check in (this is ok as I understand this can be an inconvenience).
Then because I couldn’t check in before the activity we had planned we decided to leave it until after. Upon trying to check in - around 6pm we were told that someone has already checking in - i was surprised as it was no one from our group.
It turns out they had given my booking to someone else and immediately cancelled my booking, leaving us with nowhere to stay and we are 200 miles away from home.
Horrendous customer service and experience, they would not answer my phone calls telling me they were on the phone - but replying to my messages.
After much searching we found another property which was much more expensive.
Please avoid this place as they take your money and cancel your booking.
