We arrived and the room 5 was in the state as shown in images, we had to find alternative accomodation because they couldn’t get us another room. We then were told that we could go to room 6 in the morning, the ‘team’ confirmed it was clean. We showed up the next day, and suprise!That room was in a similar state. We then called multiple times and ended up having to sit in the pouring rain with nowhere to go because the cleaner wouldn’t answer the phone until lunchtime. The cleaner arrived and did not even clean the toilet properly or sweep/vacuum the floor. We ended up putting up with it bc we were exhausted with how we had been treated. Then, we spend the entirety of our 10 night stay, calling and emailing to get some sort of resolution. The kept telling me that it was being taken seriously, but I was the one constantly following it up with calls and emails until day 9 when they finally let us speak to a supervisor. if you are planning on staying for longer than a couple days you will not be provided fresh towels, toilet paper or clean sheets. It’s your responsibility to spend over £5 to wash them - not mentioned at all. Also, it states on the listing there’s reception, there isn’t everyone works remotely. So if you want help, good luck. And to top it all off, the rest of the property is gross. There was smashed glass all in the outdoor area and rubbish and leafs in the hallway, it’s rented apartments upstairs so constant smell of illegal substance in the ‘reception’ area!!
