Very clean room. We arrived late and had to call the number to let us in. The desk clerk was doing other things and we almost called Hotels.com to cancel, but she saw us. Beds were not comfortable…hardest ones I’ve been on in a while. We also were not given shampoo. First hotel I’ve ever been to that didn’t have shampoo. Staff was very friendly. Simple hotel…more designed for extended stay. But overall ok experience.
