H4 Hotel Berlin Alexanderplatz

Upgrade to executive level not worth the money, due to Covid they are not allowed to serve food. The coffee machine was broken, with no expected fix date. The beds were not very comfortable...the location was excellent and the staff was very courteous.

We had 2 rooms for a 2 nights, Excellent stay, staff extremely friendly, nothing too much trouble, rooms good size, exceptionally clean , restaurant served great food and the location was perfect, 5 mins walk from train station. Would definitely recommend. Thank you H4 Hotel Berlin.for our wonderful stay.

Brilliant spot lots of restaurants bars shops etc. This street leads onto Unter den Linden and Brandenburg gate passing all museums cathedral etc on the way. Reception will ask you if you are happy with no cleaning in your room “for environmental reasons” ( but really to save them money ) during your stay they will give you 5 € per person to spend in the bar . We agreed as only staying 3 nights. Would not do this again ! 3 glasses of wine in the bar were over 20€. Also only 2 teabags and 1 coffee in the room which were not replenished because cleaners were not coming in ! And didn’t see any to ask either .And our room was full of rubbish by then (mainly water bottles) Apart from that it was a pleasant hotel , very clean ( to start with ) comfortable beds but room very small. Even so would probably stay here again because of location and being only about 30 yards from the Hofbrau ! Not keen on the food but we had the best fun Saturday night dancing singing to a good band . Highly recommended!

Hotel very good value and central location.

Excellent hotel in excellent location. Would definitely stay again. Room spotlessly clean. Great shower and comfy bed. 5 minute walk from Alexanderplatz station and taxi rank right outside hotel door so super convenient.

Fabulous hotel, my only gripe would be, why put a fantastic coffee machine in the room and only it two coffee pods with two sugars along side it. Then, do not replace them the next day when room service arrives?

Good location and check in staff were efficient and helpful. Great bathrooms and the rooms were spacious, if a little tired looking (ours had a couple of stains on the carpet and around the wardrobe area). The hotel is in a central location so really easy to get everywhere in the city via bus or metro, but still quiet enough not to be disturbed.

It is very clean, located in a nice area, room is beautiful, close to the museums,

Everything good, breakfast was great and rooms little small but nothing that bothers. Perfect location.
