Pullman Brisbane King George Square

The mattress was very uncomfortable, housekeeping didnt have anything to help. bathroom was very dated and have old watermarks on the ceiling. No robes or slippers as advertised. Had to ask for extra pillows a few times. The service in the cafe for breakfast was also very poor and took nearly and hour 2 days to come out.

Great service from valet, check in. Room was clean.

Great location. Close to city and suncorp stadium. Staff are really helpful and friendly. The ladies in the restaurant at breakfast were absolutely amazing

I would NOT stay here again if you are under the impression this is a 5 star property. The reception area is nice, and that's about where it stops. The room is furnished with a nice duvet, which tricks the photos because as soon as you enter you immediately feel like your in a motel room thats been splashed together with some nicer furnishings. Our room was a Premium w/Balcony. Unfortunate for us, that balcony was right below the car park entry/exit and was woken 3 times by the incessent alarm that goes off to warn pedestrians on an upcoming vehicle. No hot water until 10am. No robes, mini bar, no bottled water. And if its due to COVID, then they should be putting a letter in the rooms or given to you on arrival to at least inform you of why. No breakfast in-room order cards. Wouldn't stay again.

Room is nice and clean, the bed was very hard, the shower screen leaked. Hook missing on the back of door. No mini- bar. Just the little touches missing. So it was ok, but not “that was a great stay”!

Always enjoy staying at Pullman, staff always very accommodating.

The property had leaking showers and running toilets. The arm chair in the room was cracked and torn. I was disappointed given it’s a Pullman branded hotel and not what I was expecting.
