Hotel location and room was ok. --> However, after they confirmed I could make late check-out until 12 pm, the staff did not care and threw me out of my room at 10 am very aggressively even after they agreed with late check-out. The girl at the reception wanted to invent things that did not happen.

For the rating it is a good hotel, especially the location. On arrival and leaving there was a guy, who’s name I didn’t get, who was so helpful chatty and a pleasure to be around. There isn’t much in the rooms I.e no kettle or hairdryer. It would have been nice for a kettle just for a cup of tea in the evening (I know I can get it at breakfast). Beds were so comfy great sleep, the shower was slightly small and had to sit sideways to the toilet. But for a city break a good hotel

Ein super gute Lage, vor allem wenn man öffentlich anreist. Es war alles sehr Solide, nur bis auf die Lage nicht überwältigend. Preis/Leistung hat super gepasst.

Saapuessamme meitä kohtasi todellinen järkytyss. Ulkoseinät graffiteissa, Juopunut mies nukkui hotellin rapulla ja muu samanlainen seurakunta majaili vieressä. Ovikelloa ei meinannut löytyä mistään (ovi siis lukossa). Henkilökunta suorastaan närkästynyt koska kuljetusliiikkeestä oli soitettu olemmeko tullet perille (tilasimme kuljetuksen ebookersin kautta eikä kuljettaja ollut mitä vastassa nimilapun kanssa tuloaulassa). Huoneeseen saapuessamme; lamppuja huoneessa 3 joista vain kaksi toimi. "Ilmastonti" oli jalalla seisova pyörivä viipperä jonka viipperä-osuus oli parin sentin pölyssä joten sitä ei voinut laittaa päälle. Pyysimme sen putsausta siivouksen ohessa, sitä ei kuitenkaan tehty joten putsasimme sen itse. Wc:n tuuletin ei toiminut lainkaan (korjattiin seuraavana päivänä) ja allashylly oli niin lähellä itse allasta että kasvojen pesu ei onnistunut lattiaa kastelematta lainkaan. Allas tosi pieni. Lattia narisi ja yksi sängyistä narisi. Tuhkakuppi aivan ulko-oven vieressä jolloin rappuun tuli savua. Hotelliesitteen valokuvat raskaasti käsiteltyjä. Aamiainen hyvä. Sijainti hyvä.
