Balu Hotel was amazing for our family! We live on the island and wanted to do a staycation for our daughter's birthday. We really appreciated the staff being so kind and welcoming. Loved that our dogs were allowed the rooms allowed easy access for them to go outside. The pool was great - our daughter couldn't get enough of it. The hotel itself was wonderful on its own, and it is in a fantastic district where you can walk to anything your heart desires - restaurants, parks, beaches. Already planning our next staycation here. Thanks for a great stay!

Great staff! Have nothing but nice things to say about the staff. Water pressure in shower was horrid, and water pressure in sink was so strong it splashes water everywhere when you turn it on.

My stay at Hotel Bali Isla Mujeres was amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home. The place has a peaceful, tropical vibe, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the island.
The rooms are clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated — you can tell they pay attention to every detail. The location is excellent too, just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and the main attractions.
It’s a great spot for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a chill atmosphere. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Isla Mujeres!

Bed was like concrete. Zero amenities. 1 roll of toilet paper and not replaced even when only a few square remained. No blankets only a sheet. Room opened to back alley which reeked of sewer. We were pool level perhaps the floors above were better. Price was cheap at $80 Canadian a night. This is first bad Hotel/Hostel/Air BnB I’ve ever given in our 10 years of visiting here. Rooftop patio had great views. Shower was an adventure and sink in bathroom shoots ever direction like streaming lasers except towards your hands.

El hotel es justamente como se ve en las fotos, los detalles de madera en los balcones, la alberca, la habitación estaba limpia y tenía aire acondicionado. Precio accesible acorde a lo que recibimos. En cuanto a las áreas de mejoras, la regadera acumulaba el agua debido a que el declive estaba al lado contrario de la coladera. Y quizá la terraza en el techo podría estar mejor adecuada y estaría súper genial si lo acondicionaran mejor. Pero en general fue buena experiencia en la estancia. Cerca del ferry y no muy lejos de playa norte. Solo está un poco escondido.
