Travelled from Kolkata to Mumbai today for an official visit and checked in at Radisson Resort & Spa Khopoli. The Radisson group has always been among my favorite hotel brands, and after today’s experience, I feel even more strongly that everyone should experience their hospitality—especially at Radisson Resort & Spa Khopoli.
Shortly after checking into my room, I realized I had lost my Apple Watch. I checked with the reception, but it wasn’t found on the hotel premises. Using the Find My app, I discovered it was still in the cab I had taken from Mumbai airport. When I called the driver, he claimed he had gone far away, though I could see he was only about 15 minutes from the hotel at the toll.
I immediately informed the reception, and what happened next was exceptional. Ms. Vanita, Supervisor, and Mr. Abhishek, Front Office Manager, took personal ownership of the situation. They contacted the driver right away and requested him to return the watch. Even when the driver refused, saying he had another airport drop in Mumbai, Abhishek and Vanita stayed in constant touch with him, tracked his location, and even arranged for a hotel driver to retrieve the watch.
Thanks to the extraordinary efforts of Abhishek, Vanita, and the entire Radisson team, I got my Apple Watch back.
I cannot thank them enough for going far beyond their duty to help a guest. This wasn’t just great service—it was genuine care, commitment, and hospitality at its finest.
