Arrived to find the room uninhabitable due to air conditioning, not working. Spoke with the deputy general manager, who said they had no other rooms to move me to. He agreed that I would not be charged. I then notified Expedia. They called him and he said that I was being charged for one night. I went back to him after discovering this and after much discussion, he agreed that there would be no charge. When I arrived
