Close to Green slopes hospital ,Beautiful old building , very helpful and pleasant host would definitely recommended this B&B.

Every thing was fine . The Lady Manager was very kind and helpful. Very close to Greenslops Hospital.

It was nice and cosy a home away from home. It was in a great location and was easy to find. Jen made me feel welcome and was great to chat to after a long day.

Warm welcome from Jen, lovely room and en-suite. The verandah is ideal for enjoying that morning cuppa. Also great sitting area at front. Beautiful clean kitchen with good breakfast foods. I cannot fault this b& b, my room was by the kitchen but had no problem with noise. Big bonus is being so near buses and trains and only 50 minute walk into the city Well done 99kirkland, a true home from home

Had a great stay, easy to access into the city, resturants, supermarkets, parking and most things you need are within walking distance.

Would have liked a full length mirror (perhaps on the wall behind the bathroom door?) Everything else excellent.

The property is heritage. It is very spacious and comfortable. With all amenities. Host lady was easy to deal with. You still maintain your own privacy. Location I think is in the suburbs. Quiet area. Spacious modern kitchen. Excellent.

It was clean, quiet & the staff were very helpful & friendly, nothing was too much trouble. We will be sure to stay again.

Lovely house with such interesting heritage, a really homely feel and the room was lovely. Friendly staff and thoughtful provisions of breakfast, snacks and instructions.
