Friendly with no fuss

The only place that charged for $20 per night for my 3rd child though slept on existing bed in a family room. Beds were very comfortable and premises are well secured.

Comfortable beds and clean towels. Parking quite cramped but property is well secured.

It’s close to the valley, service wasn’t as welcoming and a little dodgy. Room wasn’t clean and felt dirty. Stayed for 1 night and will not return again.

Awful guy on reception demanded an extra $20 for my daughter despite her clearly being indicated on the booking. Charged a $100 deposit and failed to return it until I phoned to enquire as to why. No parking available had to park outside on a busy road. Bedroom was missing a shelf beside the bed. Shower was blocked. How does this get missed by the cleaners? Terrible stay made worse by the hosts.

Budget accommodation, not perfect but suited us. Clean if outdated and a little run down. Very secure which was good. Good service from the manager

Room was large and had everything we needed, but sink was dirty, hand prints on wall, blankets were dirty, one pillow smelled like cigarette smoke. The carpet in lounge and on stairs was sticky. Pool was tiny with no pool furniture at all, water looked yellowish, we did not use it.

I want a refund I arrived at the hotel and no one let me in so was a waste of money

Although the staff member was very friendly, the entrance had a very overwhelming odor that lingered every time I passed through. It made me feel like i was going to be sick. The shower gel was also smelly and didn't have a nice fragrance. It kind of smelt like sheep dip. If these two things were rectified, i would definitely stay again
