Los espacios resultan cerrados y sin vista, con ventanas que dan a muros a escasos centímetros de distancia. Las tinas dentro de las habitaciones, lejos de transmitir una sensación de lujo, proyectan suciedad y descuido. Se trata de otra propuesta más de falso hotel boutique, presentada como una opción de lujo cuando en realidad es un proyecto mal planeado, mal ejecutado y profundamente decepcionante en relación con el precio que se paga.
