Foi solicitada uma caução para finalizar o check in que só foi devolvida após 10 dias úteis depois do check out. O colchão da cama de casal é extremamente desconfortável, as cortinas não são blackout. Chuveiro entupido, com pouca pressão. Lençol do colchão de solteiro não havia sido trocado. Localização muito boa. Prédio novo com facilidades (piscina, mercado, portaria). Toalha marrom para retirar maquiagem estava juntos do material de limpeza, só achamos no 3º dia e obviamente, não usamos. A jarra da cafeteira estava quebrada. Avisamos assim que vimos, enviando fotos, mas mesmo assim quiseram cobrar no final.
