Top Notch!

Great Hotel. Don’t like being sprayed for Covid lol to enter the hotel. No guests permitted in rooms or pool areas. Way to many children in the pools on weekends Pool guy is Awesome !! Cleans daily and it is Sanitized . Had a chance to check out the upstairs pool.... very nice for a small group! Fresh bottled water daily !!! Cleaning staff are Very appreciative and friendly! Front desk staff Awesome ;) Wifi was extremely important for me and I had Absolutely Not 1 Issue!! This Rocks Breakfast and Bruce were Spot On!! Amigo’s and Amigas were always running to assist patrons! Food was Very Good! omelettes , fresh fruits and baking were delicious ! Thank you all for helping me learn Mexican Spanish! See you Soon!

Sometimes a chain hotel is your best bet

Ppl who don't speak English really help me develop my ltd Spanish & I appreciate that. But if you have no Spanish skills, I recommend learning a little or using a translation app at QI. But def, don't let that be the reason not to stay here I left the dirty, loud, nasty La Playa "Resort "across the street (see reviews) & am glad I did. I was not looking for a fancy beach resort. Just clean & quiet Property is VERY clean & looks brand new. Employees are lovely. The incl breakfast is more than just a few pastries. There were chilaquiles with red or green sauce. Eggs. Frijoles. Fresh fruit (incl papaya!), yogurt, granola & yes...pastries. Yummy oj The pool is big, nice, clean The only "complaints" I have are more just tips/constructive criticism If you want a balcony, get one facing the pool if you want quiet. The open-air taxi's BLAST their music & the rooms/windows are not sound proof. If you're a light sleeper, a street facing room is not for you I would also recommend, to the hotel, that they either carpet the hallways or post multiple signs asking people (children) not to run or make noise. It's all tile floors & echoes like crazy in the room Finally, maybe it was just my room but there was a constant clicking noise that sounded like someone trying to pick the lock. Maybe it was the a/c that later broke (they offered to move me but I declined) but check on rm 224 I give it a 4. Maybe 4.5, with noise & a fairly uncomfortable (hard) bed being my only complaints.

As always it's very easy to check in. This year they had a very through disinfectantant station for covid, which was excellent. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was also very good.

Wonderful hotel. Beautiful. Lovely rooms and the balconies are enjoyable. It's nice to watch the sunrise from. Safe parking. A basic and filling breakfast. We didn't get to use the pools but they were nice and clean from what I could see. It's Dog friendly. The hotel is quiet. It's the only piece of quiet you may get in Mazatlan with the many trucks and taxis blasting music everywhere. I hated that part. But fell in love with the hotel and it's quality.

Trini was very helpful. We needed good wifi and our first room did not have it so he moved us to a room with excellent wifi. Clean comfortable rooms, good restaurant, two nice swimming pools, a hot tub all cose to everything!
