The room was great and clean. Being able to water straight down the hall from the waterpark to our room made it very convenient when wanting to take a break for a little bit to snack.

Our family had a great time. Our girls built bears, the lady in that store was amazing and great with our kids. Rooms were clean and great location. Waterpark was enjoyable, we spent most of the time in the tiny kids area. My only complaint would be the older kids playing on the little double slide and splashing and kicking my 18 month old.

Wonderful indoor waterpark. So many fun slides for all ages adults included. The rooms in the main lodge were def a little outdated but overall it was a blast. A+ for the lifeguards being on top of their training game.

The rooms were clean but did have an odor of staleness. Definitely a family friendly place. The food was overpriced in the restaurants. I was sad that not all the rides in the water park were working. The 4 star is because we went with a group of people and made reservations to be in two rooms next to each other. The reservation was 2 months in advance and we were given rooms far from each other which was disappointing

First thing the air wasn't working so the nice maintenance man tried to fix it then ended up replacing the whole unit then the kitchen plugs didn't work and our room was right bedside the housekeeping room so it was loud all day. Plus we had the only room on that side with no outside deck. If u have small kids it perfect. Ours is 12 and it didn't work for us!

Its a good place to stay if you have kids…having access on both water parks the soaky mountain and the wilderness water park outdoor and indoor.

The place was nice, however the restaurants on property were extremely overpriced! Especially for maybe average food! We were there during spring break and the service in the restaurants was slow! They felt either unstaffed or inexperienced at the job! I don’t mind paying for good food and good service. But when both lack it’s a little disturbing! On the flip side the housekeeping staff were very nice!
