Too small of a bathroom and very uncomfortable beds. Staff was unfriendly in breakfast area. Not very warm and inviting, location was the only benefit of this stay

Very very small showers for tall and short people! Staff is not overly friendly and we has to pay to acess the beach club but it was beautiful beachfront. Very very unique setting in a natural pine forest

Nice hotel but poor service

Service for dinner in the restaurant on the first night was terrible. Food at breakfast was good but had to wait for tables to come free, 15 minutes one morning, and then left with no cutlery. Shortage of cups, plates on buffet and food running out and having to wait at buffet for up to 10 minutes to be replaced.

Fantastic hotel

Beautiful pool, very friendly and helpful staff, nice location close to the beach. Restaurants and shopping close by.

Superb spa experience -loved our stay in every way

We were delightfully surprised on all aspects of this hotel. The staff were welcoming, even allowing us to leave our car parked out front for several hours upon check in .The spa facilities and pool are beyond words - truly magnificent! The location was one block from the beach - which itself was far superior to what we expected - full sand and services. The breakfast at the hotel was very good too. Highly recommend this hotel and location. Family friendly. Mostly Italians stay here - many with well-behaved children.

On the way to become a great spa hotel !

This is a brand new hotel - so much as we were the first ones to use the outside pool - The spa facilities were not yet available neither the indoor pool-spa. Staff were extremely nice and helpfull but not as numerous as would be expected but they just opened recently. Given a few weeks-months of experience, it will be a very nice hotel. Location is at the fartest end of the street and technology with the garage electric gates needs some tuning. Other than that we were very satified.

The hotel has awesome pool. It is close to the beach. The hotel has private beach (surcharge for the beach chairs). We enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

pictures are deceiving

Hotel is probably the nicest in Grosetto. But unless you have to be Grosseto I would move on. I've been throughout Italy, this was my least favorite spot. Hotel was fine, but nothing special.

Un'ottima esperienza da raccomandare e ripetere

Hotel di ottimo livello con ampi spazi comuni luminosi e dotati di salotti. Arredamento moderno e funzionale. La stanza superior con ampio balcone vista mare (laterale) è molto ampia. Bagno ampio e funzionale. La colazione, di buon livello, è servita in un ampio e luminoso locale fronte piscina. Questa è di notevoli dimensioni e circondata da spazi per i lettini. Il personale è tutto gentile e sorridente, pronto e disponibile. Veloce il check in e il check out. GIudizio complessivo ottimo
