8/10 Very good

Lovely apartment in a great location The location was fantastic, and the apartment itself was lovely. The jacuzzi was a great addition and made the stay feel extra special. Unfortunately, the cleanliness let it down. On arrival, it didn’t feel as though the apartment had been properly cleaned, as there were long black hairs in several areas. I ended up using the cleaning spray provided in the reception area to wipe down the bathroom and jacuzzi myself, which was disappointing. Overall, the apartment had a lot of potential, and the location was excellent, but a more thorough clean before guests arrive would have made the experience much better.
