Great service, excellent and smooth check-in and checkout

Extremely friendly staffs, the receptionist went out of his way to to make reservations for us. The receptionist truly knows what customer service and how to serve people. I would definitely recommend this place and I would go back here.

Though a lovely little place to stay, there were a few things we didn't love: The area -we thought that staying in the old city was the best opportunity, but the location of Muyan wasn't great for running out to grab a bite for dinner, i.e. didn't have much directly around it. Second - though the front desk staff was very nice, they couldn't answer most of our questions, at least not fully. That was frustrating when we didnt have phone data when visiting and wifi in the city is hard to connect to. Lastly - I know this is common practice now, but you need your key card to keep the electricity on in the room. Since we were only given one, that meant no A/C (September was pretty warm) or power to charge things while we were out. The breakfasts were decent enough, the place was old but charming and kept up decently, and mostly comfortable.

Beautiful stay loved it so much ! Def recommend it to anyone going Istanbul !
