This was 2nd stay at Keys. The hotel staff at reception and restaurant is very polite and helping. Still a lot to learn in the hospitality business for chefs. The breakfast is good but, limited to national cuisine. Room service guys were told many times to please send in napkins when sending food. When gave a feedback before leaving. Everything was different from serving pancakes in the morning breakfast ( which they don't serve). Would like to appreciate staff's politeness specially Sandeep, Sachin, Rajendra, Prima , vikas most os restaurant and reception staff.
