Hotel was clean and ideal for Paultons Park Shower in room out either cold or very hot. Noises from other guests arguing until 11.30pm 2nd night. I had to lean out of window after an hour to ask them to be quiet. Hotel never had any salmon for breakfast second day no brown or granary bread.

Great position for exploring Paultons theme park & the New Forest. Our children & grandchildren stayed in Paultons campsite which was a few minutes away so really handy. They all visited the hotel for a couple of meals & drinks. The staff were all very friendly & welcoming.

Room was lovely and clean. Sink in the bathroom not ideal. Was very small. The air conditioning unit was loud and was on until 1am in the morning and I was unable to sleep. Vegan option for breakfast was good. The staff were helpful and pleasant.
