Great value hotel on the outskirts of Reims with easy, free parking. Room was very spacious & clean. Large bathroom area with a good shower & separate toilet. Staff friendly & efficient. Perfect for our stay as we spent the afternoon in Reim (parked in the center) & came out to the hotel for the evening. Good location to continue our journey the next morning. L’eclerc just over the road for petrol & anything else you need. Great value. Would definitely stay again.

Arrived late but still received a welcome. Car park was full but I was told to park opposite the front door which was good as my wife cannot walk far. Located outside the core in a light industrial area there are a court of fast food places nearby. The hotel isn’t fancy but has everything you want for a good night’s sleep, with good onsite parking which is secured at night.

A very good place to stay if you travel by car and want to stay in Reims for one night. The hotel is nice, clean and quiet at night. It is located very close to a highway and several large stores including a really huge supermarket. With a car, it is easy to have a short drive to the city center for sightseeing and visiting one of the champagne houses.

Had a shower but drain chocked and flooded shower area. Had to use remaining towels to stop water going into bedroom area. My partner had to do without a shower as no towels left. Breakfast was dreadful. Reported problem with shower in the morning but no reaction as if they already knew about it. Will totally avoid Mercure Hotels in future. Very poor, absolute rubbish.
