We arrived the day of the Crowdstrike outage, so the hotel's computer systems were down: nothing could be done electronically (e.g., room card keys couldn't be distributed, and check-in was done with pen and paper). The staff went 'old school', designating a member of the team to let guests into their rooms, handing out bottled water, working past their assigned shifts, etc. They could not have been more pleasant and accommodating, especially under these difficult circumstances. Breakfast was good each morning, and the location is ideally close to Atlantic City and Brigantine.
