Great location 2 mins from airport car park so perfect for an early start. Room was clean and pleasant. We were able to park in the drive but only 3 spaces.

Nice clean drive for the car overnight, very well illuminated door entrance and walkway to out bedroom top floor. Room was nice and clean was nice to have the use of a fridge also! Bed was supper comfortable! Would definitely stop over again.

Faultless. Beautifully appointed room with all the facilities you could hope for,, ie fridge, microwave, kettle, utensils, pedestal fan, modern shower, plenty of cupboard space. Exceptional accommodation for the price.

The location is right next to Luton airport. I used it for my early morning flight. I was impressed with how well stocked the room was, there was water and Pepsi max in the fridge. The house had everything you could possibly need. I would definitely recommend for a short or long stay.

The room is very well presented and had a sink area with kettle, no microwave like in the picture. There was water in the fridge, tea and coffee in pots. Unfortunately I didn’t sleep well there was someone walking around who was very loud in his phone coming from the private area so manager or owner not sure this went in into the early hours. It meant I barely had any sleep and a light also kept coming on outside the front and hall way. It was on the ground floor so if you stay get a room on one of the floors above. It was all very clean and tidy but for me sleep is a must.

Everything was great. The only issue we had was that someone upstairs above us has a shower at 3.45am and woke us up with the sound of the shower. I expect that is unusual though.

Easy to find and get in. Our room was on the main floor. Washer right outside and communal kitchen living space right of the washer. Convenient room location. Cute room with a wet bar. Good price for an overnight stay for flight out of Luton. Unfortunately there are no blinds or blackout curtains in the room so the outside light and the one across the street that turned on and off from made it uncomfortable trying to sleep. Add to someone coming into the building after 1AM then washer noise and walking around upstairs noise kept us up. Did not sleep well and we had to be up by 3:30AM as it was and hoped to sleep well for the few hours we had.

Very quiet & clean and can’t really argue at the price. If the property was full with drivers though thr parking is extremely limited. Also my room had no curtains (room 6, top floor) so it was braid daylight in the room from 5am. Not good if you need a May-in until check-out (I’m a musician so didn’t get back to the room until 1am so only got 4hrs or so of decent sleep) Other than that it’s good at the price.

Check-in was limited to specific hours, but no self-check-in instructions or contact details were provided. I eventually found a contact number online and sent a message at 8:00 pm. They did not reply until shortly before midnight, by which time I had already booked another hotel.

I’ll start with the positives. The house has been done very well and every room has everything a guest would need during their stay. The property was very clean and the communal areas were absolutely great. However, the person who showed us to our rooms, I assume the manager or the owner of the house, came back to the property around 10pm and was very loudly talking on the phone to family on loudspeaker which was very distracting and made us unable to actually sleep. The washing machine was also on until 11pm and the sound in that house transfers sooo easily from one room to another. Apart from that the property is great and very convenient for Luton airport

The property is on an unassuming residential street, but it is near the few shops and takeaways at the top end of the street. It can be reached for free from the airport with the carpark shuttle that takes you more than half the way, from there it is downhill past the Tesco Express and across the big roundabout for just over a 10 min walk (and a 15 min walk back uphill). The state of the premises is s p o t l e s s and the overall impression is one of a new place with state of the art fixtures and trimmings. The shower in our room was impressive. It is very sensible to have a microwave, a kettle and a little fridge in the room itself so you don't have to go to the main kitchen downstairs. Absolutely recommended and a thank you to Arben.

The house is near to the airport,about 5 minutes by Taxi. The room nice and clean, the garden is a plus.
