Room Mate Pau

This is a great little boutique hotel in the heart of Barcelona! The location is absolutely perfect to access all the main areas to see in the city. The hotel was clean, modern, and the customer service was great. Would stay again!

Very friendly staff

Checking in to the hotel was a breeze. We told the staff we were there on our honeymoon and they welcomed us warmly. They even dropped off some chocolates at our door to help us celebrate. The room was comfortable and had plenty of places for us to charge our phones, iPads, and computers. Spend a little extra and get the breakfast. It's so well worth it. Check out was as easy as check in. We had a few hours before our train to Madrid. We asked if we could leave the bags with them and they check our bags and put them into a secure room. Everything was top notch. I would definitely stay here again.

Location is great, the service was outstanding. We arrived well before check in and was going to have them hold our luggage, but the attendant took the time to check our reservation and said a room was available so we could check in then. And then at the end of the trip they did hold our luggage after checkout for us while we saw the city. I liked everything except the mattress. I'm not sure how to explain it. Sort of like a soft foam block. It was fine, but not the best. And the a/c fan sort of sounded like a miniature jet engine. Kind of annoying. Thank goodness it was cool outside. So it didn't run very much.
