Spa Hotel Colossae Thermal

The trip was amazing, as we had a memorable time seeing the Travertines and exploring the town of Pamukkale. The hotel is a world in its own with the hot pool standing out in terms of amenities. The staff was also super cooperative as we had arrived from Cappadocia via an overnight bus, and yet they had our rooms ready by 9 AM. One word of advice for those traveling with toddlers: come to the hotel with your supplies stocked up. Unlike some other hotels in Turkey, here you would be charged for even a bottle of milk and that too at 5 times the market price. Overall, a great recommendation.

To many people like a factory, it’s not healthy that all this crowd are swimming in the same pool

This property is not 5 star hotel . The first room we got was smell of smoking inside The second room was ok ,

NO ONE WAS HELPING US TO FIND OUR ROOM WHICH IS SO CONFUSED. RESTAURANT AND LOBBY IS PACKED WITH PEOPLE WITHOUT ANY ORDER. IT TOOK US ALMOST 20 MINUTES TO FIND OUR ROOM UP AND DOWN STAIRS. THEN AIRCONDITIONER IS NOT WORKING, FIND NO COMPLIMENTETY WATER IN ROOM , ELECTRIC THEN IS OFF, THEN WE HAVE TO WALK DOWN TO THE LOBBY. NO SERVICE, NO DIRECTION. LIKE A ZOO.

The hotel provided everything we needed for our holiday. Great pool and fun for kids. Clean, however did seem a little dated. Overall happy.

The food is great and the staff are friendly the swimming pool outdoor is large and the indoors swimming pool with a warm manorial water
