The room was an OK size. We chose to have breakfast, which was nice. The staff were lovely and spoke good English. The location was a bit out of the way, but we only needed one night before driving Auschwitz the next day. Good, well-lit secure car park at rear. We saw lots of trams and busses in front of the hotel, so it’s handy if you want to go into town

Very basic

Been given the room occupied by someone else TWICE!! Only the 3rd attempt was successful. The room is very basic with no kettle. You can hear all the morning traffic through the windows. Breakfast very very limited. Good shower though.

It is very affordable and in a great location. The hotel is in need of maintenance and cleaning but for this low price it is reasonable and a good low budget option. If the rooms were fully clean, windows, doors, were all fully functional it would be a good 3 star hotel. You can hear cars from the street at night as the windows are low quality and not maintained. The breakfast is good for the price. Ingredients are mainly low quality but for the price it is fair. Coffee, juice, bread, cereal, sausages (with low meat content) , salad, cold meats and cheese, pancakes, yoghurt, apples. You get a good meal.

This hotel is great value for money. Close to the Old Town, and very close to the Aquapark and the Sky Tower shopping mall. There is a tram number 9 right outside the hotel, it goes to the Old Town (Galeria Dominikanska). The rooms are fine and clean, and the staff is very helpful.

Low quality but not always low cost

It’s a 1-star hotel, so don’t expect much. No room tidying up, very poor breakfast for its price, long queues at check-in… Bear in mind although its quality is low, its cost not so much sometimes. So stay vigilant on it: it you pay more than $70 per night for this, breakfast included, then that’s definitely overpriced. The best thing about this hotel is the location, a 10-minute walk from the main train station in Wroclaw.

Overall , good stay. Enjoyable thank you. Reception must improve communication with housekeeping as i requested a late checkout and housekeeping began servicing room before i had left the room. Generally speaking , a good and enjoyable stay. Thank you.

Very convenient location, close to train and busses. A very nice and helpful man from Ukraine at the reception. The bad was comfortable, however a noise at the top flor made by machinery (air conditioners at the roof) was extremely loud. It was impossible to get a slip. Luckily I was offered to change the room to a floor below but the noise was still bad but not as much as at the top floor. There were a caracans in the room.

We found a big bug on the bed that stung my husband. I had to check the sheets before sleeping as i was afraid something else would be there.. i didn’t feel comfortable after that insect. The toilet is hug and accommodating people with special needs however no place to throw trash was available inside. The room had several emergency switches that you might mistakenly click on resulting in calling stuff upstairs. I which they would explained this before we checked in. besides that it is decent to stay in, pretty calm and near to everything for tourists. If you have special needs the place is perfect.

I do no recommend

I recently stayed at a hotel that I was quite disappointed with. The pillow provided was uncomfortable, and the breakfast was terrible. The room that was given to me was for disabled people, which was not what I had requested. The bathroom would get flooded after every shower, which was quite inconvenient. When I asked for an extra pillow, the staff denied my request. To make matters worse, there was a fire incident at night, and no explanation was given to the guests after the firefighters left. I hope that the hotel management takes note of these issues and works towards improving their services.
