Fantastic customer service. Staffs are very friendly. Very clean and well decorated room with a very cheap rate.

Service was exceptional and the room was huge, immaculate, clean, free toiletries, every thing you want in a hotel. Ridiculously low price for a central location next to the Radisson and Four Seasons hotels. Highly recommend and the staff are unbelievably helpful. A must visit in Istanbul xx

Overall my stay at Lalinn Hotel was very relaxed. The guys at the reception were very nice and helpful. Really the only thing was no smoking in any of the rooms. Other then that it was great!

The hotel itself is really good newly designed and well maintained and we never had issue with that. The problem at this place is the turkmeni receptionist called aga he tried to scam me for money with cooperation with a restaurant called turgut and his manager should know that. In short this turgut place has a menu with prices for locals and one without prices for tourists and i was ordering through the receptionist, so basically aga was cooperating with them and telling me the price he agrees with them which is higher than the local priced menu which i found out at the reception, and when i confronted him about it he said that he doesnt know the prices and that the local menu is wrong only for me to find out the those are actually the real prices. On the other hand the other reception guy called çoskun (turkish) he is so honest and loyal and provided us with anything we wanted and was smiling all the time and i always noticed that when i ordered with him food the prices were much less than when aga ordered its how i figured out that something was going on with aga. I hope the manager of this place knows that he has a good apple and bad apple, actually çoskun is a gem he is the best receptionist we have ever encountered in Turkey, so i hope this guy gets a raise!

All was good, clean room, spacious stairs, quite place, but the bed mattress in our room was..., sore body after 2 days so sore going out was painful, slept two nights on the floor before changing hotels there price fluctuates like crazy increased by almost 20 pounds when we left then down again as I write this review, finally getting some sleep tonight, decent place but mattress was rubush!

Upon arriving at the hotel, we were greeted by the concierge who was very polite and took our luggage in and allowed us to relax before checking in. We checked in and were given a better room than the one i booked as there was space available. The cleanliness of the room was to my wifes expectations and she was happy. The room was clean and had everything we needed from towels to soaps and shampoos etc...WiFi was very strong too. The concierge was very helpful each day we were there offering advice. Overall a very good and pleasant experience.
