My booking with Hotels.com was a sham. The room was already occupied, so it should not have been available for me to reserve. Fortunately, I communicated with the hotel directly and they were able to get me into a different room, in a different building, La Casa. Such great customer service. I will definitely stay at one of their hotels again.
The room was comfy, had a king bed, kitchenette with mini fridge and microwave, couch. It was a little loud since there is a fountain directly in front of the window, but the place is pet friendly and has wonderful staff. Nice pool and courtyard too. Parking is a little iffy, all off-street, but the staff will help you find a spot.
