Check in was easy. Room was clean and we slept well. Breakfast was good but not great. The only problem we had was that there was no remote for the TV when I got to the room. I called the front desk and they I could come and get one. I did but it didn't work. They offered to change my room but said that several rooms the TV remote wasn't working so I elected not to move rooms. I could watch tv but had to go the the screen and push buttons on the screen and you could only change 1 channel at a time so several times I had to push the right button many times to get the channel I wanted. It was just inconvenient but that is why I couldn't rate this stay excellent.

Minor issues but overall nice hotel & location
Sort of disappointed at check in when the front desk person couldn't find us because she was not spelling it right. Even though I spelled it twice. We heard the same thing happening to other guests. The fitness center was nice but the tv did not work (need something to listen to or watch while working out) and the water dispenser in there was out. We let them know but it wasn't replaced even 2 days later. The room we were in had taken some abuse specifically on one wall so a coat of paint would have helped considerably. We really liked the shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in the shower and the rest of the room and hotel itself were in nice shape!

Terrible experience. The checkin time is 3 pm. We arrived at 4:40 but we had to wait until 5:15 because our room was not ready. I had two little kids who were tired of a long road trip but they had no chance to take a rest until 5:15. There is no excuse for this long delay. The bathroom was also out of shampoo.

It was a wonderful stay! Unfortunately, the smoke detectors went off and we did have to evacuate the building with our young children. However, that wasn’t the hotels fault! Other than that, we had a great time and really enjoyed our stay! Would totally book again.
