a wonderful welcome to a truly beautiful hotel

A really wonderful welcome with an upgrade for our first night so we will not have to change rooms. Koey showed us our room with all the amenities and then helped keep us calm when we thought we had lost one of our bags with valuables - we found it on the floor under the bed! Ariel and Zac were very friendly in the Supergiant hotel restaurant. We are very happy to be staying three nights here.

Hotel with great style and nice location

The hotel was well managed. The rooms were nicely appointed and decor was bright and inviting. We stayed in a full moon partial view room which was quite large. The bathroom is almost the same size as the room with a bathtub. The bed was oversized which made the room space small. I think it may be two double beds put together. Only feedback is there was not enough drawer shelf space in the closets. Mostly hanging space. Only two shallow drawers and one long narrow shelf by the bar. A lot of wasted space. We tried to make reservations at the restaurant in the hotel but if was booked all 4 nights we stayed there. So, if you want to have dim sum or dinner, make a reservation ahead of time. Overall, we enjoyed the stay, location and style of the hotel.

Dated design

Was able to checking early and was upgraded to a slightly bigger room. I did enjoy the partial bay view. The hotel feels a bit dated now and the design is not always functional. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. But the staff was nice throughout.

Mira Moon Hotel was a great discovery. I was looking for a reasonable hotel in Causeway Bay as I had a short business stop over in that area of Hong Kong. I stumbled across this hotel when browsing options on Expedia.com. The hotel was much nicer than I expected. The room was fully renovated, the bed was a large king size with high quality linens and a super comfortable mattress. Bathroom was designer style with a strong pressure rain shower and a deep soaking style bath tub. A/C was excellent. The working desk was comfortable. Overall this is an outstanding hotel for the money. I recommend it highly.

We enjoyed our stay!

This is was our first time in Mira Moon Hotel, I've request an early check-in before our arrival, however, due to the full booked issue on weekend time, the request was not possible to grant. The front desk personnel was very attentive, offering us water, coffee and sweets at the free bar of the lobby, as we needed to charge our mobiles, they also provided us the free switches for a while. We got the room 1503, a corner room with half sea view, it was very nice and quiet, but there was a weather problem, it was raining heavily during our 2 days stay, we could not enjoy this beautiful sea sight, most of our trip plans had to cancelled, but at least, we could stay in the hotel and getting good relaxing time. The room is spacious, the full wall glass window which makes the room very bright, we really like the natural light, the king size bed is very comfortable, the bathtub is just next to the window, you can take time to have a good bath and relax after a busy day. The breakfast was nice, there is also menu to order, don’t expect large varieties, but it is really enough to have a good meal in the morning.

Sarebbe perfetto se fosse un tre stelle, ma è un 5. Il condizionatore è molto rumoroso, ci ha svegliati ogni volta che ripartiva. Bagno bello, la cosa più bella dell’hotel. Fosse un 3 stelle sarebbe tutto ok. Purtroppo è un 5 stelle. La camera è rumorosa per il ronzio dell’aria condizionata, anche se spenta fa rumore. 銅鑼湾と湾仔の間にあるホテルで、主要な観光地に行きやすい。また、尖沙咀行きのスターフェリー乗り場も徒歩圏内。 中秋節をモチーフにしてるホテルだそうで、うさぎをモチーフにした小物や装飾が多くて可愛い。 私は26階のハーフムーンのハーバービューに泊まったが、宿泊中は部屋でいつでも綺麗な景色が見れて最高だった。 またベッドが広くてバスタブもあるので、ゆっくり休みたい方におすすめ。ルームクリーンも素晴らしく、快適に過ごせる。 不便だなと思った所は電子レンジが部屋にないことと、洗濯機がホテルにないこと。一応ランドリーサービスはあるが、価格は高いと思う。 🌙部屋にあった設備、アメニティ ネスカフェのマシン、冷蔵庫、電気ケトル、シャワールーム（バスタブにもシャワーの蛇口ついてる）、歯ブラシ、アイロン、アイロン台、ズボンプレッサー、ティーカップ、スプーン、セーフティーボックス、テレビ、歯ブラシ、シャワーキャップ、綿棒、コットン、バスローブ、シャワージェル、シャンプー、コンディショナー、木の櫛、靴べら、エチケットブラシ、変換プラグ、WiFiルーター、バスローブ、タオル

Comfortable Stay!

Good hotel in a good location. The staff were friendly. Shout out to Dennis for his excellent follow-up action after I highlighted to him that the shower water was not hot. The breakfast can be improved with more selections. Overall, comfortable and cozy stayed.

The staff were amazing and very helpful. The water in the shower was not hot, warm at best and though they got maintenence in to "fix" it many times, nothing changed. Nothing worse than having a lukewarm shower in the HK heat. Same with the bathtub - water was not hot. Room is great and clean and the hotel is well located. The toilet from above was leaking into my toilet cubicle. I would find pools of blue water on the floor. It was fixed by maintenence and they sent me a bottle of wine as an apology. Overall, other than the lack of a hot shower, great staff and a decent hotel.

Good location for convention center and Wan Chai area. Also, I could ride ferries at Wan Chai ferry terminal to Tsim Sa Tsui. Subway and bus stops are close. Room is beautiful and big enough.
