Great check-in, got al the info on the tube museum's, shows in London, nice breakfast in the dinning area which was also available for hot drinks and to eat the dinner we brought in after a day sight seeing. And only 15 minutes from the hire car drop off at heathrow ๐Ÿ‘

Great check in. Unfortunately, on the occasion of our stay, there were some very inconsiderate fellow guests who thought it was acceptable to make a hell of a lot of noise in the middle of the night!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Free breakfast was good and tea/coffee available at all times. Room basic but comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. Staff very kindly allowed me to sit out in the lovely garden after check out, while I sorted a few bits on my laptop. Free parking is great and saves some money (most hotels in the area seem to charge for parking). Would stay again, thanks for a lovely stay.
