The communications with this hotel were exceptional! They were quick to keep me posted on issues at airport, and went above and beyond to pick us up late in the evening and check us in. The staff members were wonderful, and the free breakfast was delightful. It is unfortunate that we were heading out the next day since the pool and surrounding areas were inviting. This is a great hotel in close proximity to Chiang Mai International Airport. I would not hesitate to make reservations here again! Thumbs up!

Wow Wow Wow!!! This hotel is underpriced!!! The service, the food, transportation, and the room are so amazing!!!! Especially, they have cats working for guest relations! The white one is the receptionist, the orange one is the restaurant manager, and the white&grey is the hotel manager! They are the most lovable cats in Thailand! I highly recommend to stay here!
